This Shipping Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms and Conditions

Please carefully review our Shipping Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products. Our couriers may include Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, FedEx or Evri.

Orders are typically dispatched within 24-48 working hours, excluding orders over 20kg. Please note that this timeframe does not apply when a product is out of stock or when we are awaiting delivery of stock.

While the standard delivery period is 48 hours after the courier receives the package, exceptional circumstances may cause delays. We cannot consider a package missing or undelivered until 14 days have passed, according to our shipping partners' guidelines.

Shipping Note:


Please note that delivery estimates serve as general guidelines and are applicable exclusively during working days post-order dispatch. Weekends, Bank Holidays, and Public Holidays are not included in the calculation. 

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 5. working days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?


If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
