We endeavour to dispatch all orders on the same day, subject to stock availability and order volume. Our warehouse does not operate at the weekends, so all orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday. Please also note that our warehouse does not operate on British bank holidays.
A free shipping option is offered to most UK mainland addresses. A shipping charge applies to those UK mainland areas considered to be remote by our couriers, offshore UK addresses and all international deliveries. A shipping cost, method and estimate of delivery time is provided prior to checkout.
Typically the UK mainland shipping service is 2-3 working days, estimated delivery times will be stated at checkout.
Delivery methods and estimated delivery times stated at checkout are the delivery commitments provided by our couriers. Shoplex.co.uk will not be held responsible for any delays by the courier. Please allow sufficient time for delivery, our courier service is very good, however delays can happen. Please note that Saturday is not classified as a standard delivery day and so Monday becomes the next working day after Friday.
Occasionally, deliveries can be delayed for reasons such as adverse weather conditions, overloading in the courier network due to Christmas, Easter, etc. If your delivery has not been received within the estimated timescale, please contact our Customer Service team at support@shoplex.co.uk who will assist you with resolving any issues.
